The AI that lives in their tablet (... ostensibly). Much like Lord T(eitoku) and Lord T(rainer), Scribble-Sensei gets put as the face for any use of them in art when an OC isn't involved, because it looks ridiculous.
Also used officially.
However, there's an official Problem Solver 68 manga that has Sensei look like this
so you'll occasionally see Sleep-Deprived Sensei instead of an OC when Scribble-Sensei isn't appropriate.
